- All the main features such as geometry and color palette remained untouched, but the graphical part, with the portrait of the man, was removed from the badge, so now it was just an enlarged letter “V” in light gold, with a thick double black and white outline, and an arched banner with “Vanderbilt” inscription in the uppercase on it.
