  • There are three leaves and two acorns, encircled with the lettering, which includes the name of the university and the year it was created.

  • 1982 – 1995 The very first Huskies logo was introduced in 1982 and boasted a detailed image of a husky, executed in white and blue and placed on a solid blue circle.

  • 2013 – Today At the beginning of the 2013-2014 season, a completely new UConn logo was introduced.

  • The emblem was developed by the Nike design team headed by Clint Shaner, senior graphic designer at Nike.
